 Au Pair and Au Pair Extraordinaire for girls

The Au Pair program offers you:
- Benefits of $14,350/year,
and $17,450/year for Au Pair Extraordinaire.
- Legal support in obtaining
the J1 Visa.
- Medical insurance in the
limit of $100.000.
- Four nights in New York for
"Orientation" (room and board).
- Free transport from the
airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the host family.
- Free plane ticket (round
trip).
- Private room and three meals
a day offered by the host family.
- Weekly pay of at least $139
for 51 weeks. The Au Pair Extraordinaire girls receive a minimum of $200/week.
- Two weeks of paid vacation time, and at least one full weekend off each month.
- Tuition fund of $500 for a
compulsory course (3 hours/week), the field of study being the choice of
the participant.
- Optionally, the 13th month
for travel in the USA.
- Free access to a telephone
help line, 24h/7days, one representative will offer counseling.
Eligibility
- Ages: 18-26 years old.
- Driving licence.
- Minimum experience of 200 hours
of working with children (babysitting for other families than own,
school counselor, etc). If you have 2 years of experience with children
or you have a diploma in this field (Pedagogical High
school, Psihopedagogy),
you are qualified for Au Pair Extraordinaire.
- Must be a High school
graduate.
- Medium knowledge of the
English Language.
- Must not have participated
in an Au Pair in America
program before.
- Clean criminal record.
Selection
of the candidates will take place after an interview with the agency.

- Dear Host Family Letter - intention letter in
English addressed to the host family, minimum 600 words.
- Criminal Record
- CV/Resume in English.
- Medical Certificate - showing you are healthy
for work
- 4 passport size photos and any other photos
showing your work with children
- Photocopy of your driver's licence
- Photocopy of Diplomas - any diplomas you have so
far obtained
- Photocopy of ID Card
- Photocopy of your Passport (the pages showing the
pictures plus the last four pages)
- Photocopy of "Carte de Munca" or a Statement
that you did not have a "Carte de Munca"
before. Standard Statement form here.
- Proof that you have no
restrictions to leave the country. This proof may be turned in at a later time
since you may need a special paper from the agency to obtain it, this is
the only exception admitted.
- Proof of ticket purchased form www.airtickets.ro or an agency located in Romania
- Photocopy of the entire
