Intrax Career Training Independent Placement for Graduates
This program is designed for university graduates who wish to work in the USA, in their field of studies, for a period of up to 18 months. We currently accept graduates with degrees in the following fields: Economy, Management, Business, Marketing, Turism-Geography, Applied Modern Languages. This program DOES NOT INCLUDE a job offer, the job offer must be provided by the applicant.

The Agency provides the following services:

applicant eligibility check
verifying that the applicant's training plan
assistance in communicating with the US sponsor
obtaining the DS-2019 form necessary for the J1 visa
medical insurance
pre-departure Orientation
Intrax ID card
Participant's Handbook
Emergency and Assistance Help Line 24h/7days

Candidates will be selected following an interview with the Agency.

For the Independent program you require the following forms and papers:

1. Application Form

2. Terms and Conditions in English

3. Terms and Conditions in Romanian

4. English Assessment Form

5. Training Plan Template - this is the "Job Offer", this form must be filled-in and signed by the employer.

6. Personal File

7. Ameritrex Programs Description

8. Criminal Record

9. CV/Resume in English

10. References - from your current/former job(s).

11. Cover Letter - stating your motivation for participating in this program

12. Medical Certificate - showing you are healthy for work

13. 4 passport size photos

14. Photocopy of Diplomas: Graduation Diploma or Proof of Graduation Receipt plus any other diplomas that you may have obtained

15. Photocopy of ID Card

16. Photocopy of Passport (picture pages, all pages with any stamps and the last 4 pages)

17. Photocopy of "Carte de Munca" or a Statement that you did not have a "Carte de Munca before. Standard Statement Form here.

18. Proof that you have no restrictions to leave the country. This proof may be turned in at a later time since you may need a special paper from the agency to obtain it, this is the only exception admitted.
